Okay, I know I'm early but since I've been ill again I want to be sure these are up for when the train does start. I won't tell anyone I am two days early if you don't. :)

After I set here for 25 minutes while this alphabet uploaded I remembered I was going to divide it into two zips. Well of course my old brain forgot! lol So guess I'll have to make them more often so I'll remember.

Each letter of this alphabet (only capital letters) is 400 X 400 and at 200 dpi. I hope you enjoy them. :)

Dang I had some of these ready for you last week but ended up going to the ER again. Two trips within two days, one in the ambulance was a bit much. I had a sever reaction to some of the meds they gave me so needless to say I didn't get anything uploaded. But since you are all so kind as to hang around and be patient I have a bunch of CU items for you. :)

Dang it St. Patricks Day got here too soon! I had plans to make a bunch of things but always seemed to get side tracked! Sorry about that. So I think I will start Easter early! lol

This little guy comes plain without the flowers but I have included the flower in the zip in case you want them there. This way you can recolor the flower or place something else on the bunny! :)

I couldn't decide if I liked the silhouette of the cowgirl on the pocket so I left it off the png file but I've included it in the zip just in case you want to put it back.

Well I took the big leap and made this 4 X 6 at 200 dpi. The preview makes it appear there is more than one but I just doubled the frame for the preview.

My computer groaned and moaned but I managed to get it done. And it only took me 14 minutes to upload the file! lol I don't know if I'll be making any more real soon but then you never know! lol

Good grief, I've had so many interuptions that it has taken me all day to get this little bee done for you. I've been making items for a Spring Train coming up but since the date for release has been changed I decided to play with this bee! I'm not happy with the way the wings look in this preview as they are suppose to have a transparent web look. The drop shadow made them look icky! I hope you can find some use for him.

I made you some violets - actually it was a challenge but you get the flowers. lol This was saved as a psd file you get four flowers, five buds, one leaf and stem. I left them seperate so you can draw your own stem and arrange as you like.

Hello New Year!

Waving hello to those who have stuck with me. :) Thank you!

It appears when a doctor gave me a diagnoses of hypoglycemia 30+ years ago he was correct after all. Since no other doctor had ever said anything I dismissed it as being a misdiagnoses. Wrong thing to do! lol It appears my blood pressure pills were masking the effects of the hypoglycemia. I went off the blood pressure pills before Christmas and crashed big time on Christmas Day!

I have changed my way of eating which seems to have helped my energy level, stopped the shakes and my eyes will actually focus! lol Now the doctor is also working on getting my COPD meds straightened out ....... so keep your fingers crossed!

In the main time I have been working on a few CU items for you and hope to have them up in a couple of days. :)

Letting You Know

This last couple of weeks have been hell around here. With the weather change I'm afraid I have spent more time at the ER than I have at home. I don't know if I will manage to get anything else up for you before Christmas. I am so weak I will be closing down my computer right after I type this.

If these meds help (praying they do) then I promise to try and get you a few more things. I had so many ideas and templates started I feel terrible I was unable to get them to you.

Frost Your Cookie

Supplies Needed:

Premade Cookie
Sprinkle/Sugar: Download HERE
These are saved as png files so those who don't use PSP can still use them. :)

1. Open your premade cookie - hit shift D to duplicate and close original.

2. On the cookie layer go to Selections - float - defloat.

3. Selections - Modify - Contract by 35

4. Add new layer and flood fill with the color of your frosting.

5. Deselect ........ using your Smudge Brush with the following settings:
Shape: Round Size: 25 Hardness: 100 Steps: 25 Density: 100 Thickness: 100 Rotations: 0 Opacity: 100

6. Push your color around as if frosting your cookie. Remove any sharp edges as frosting is never perfect.

7. When your happy with the shape of your frosting add an inner bevel with the following settings:

8. Now just add a tube of sprinkles, sugar or whatever you want for texture and a narrow drop shadow to make the sprinkles pop.

9. Merge down and your done!

Wreath Script

Have I mentioned I am taking a class in script writing? Well this was our second lesson so I'll share it with you. :) Be kind! lol

This script was done in PSP9 but should work in newer versions. Please be sure you read the instructions included in the zip as it will give you settings for your filter. Although the supplies are included in the zip use your imagination and add tubes, etc of your own.

This started out as a challenge but with everyone asking how I did it I decided to share it here. Later I will upload a template because the procedure is just too complicated to make it into a simple tutorial. And I'm not much of a tutorial writer anyway! lol So keep checking back for the template. :)

I had so many requests for how I did the frosting I did a quick tutorial which I'll try to get posted to you later.

I was playing with some settings and came up with these. They kind of reminded me of the old satin type ornaments my grandmother hung on her tree. They are much larger than the example and on seperate layers.
